Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry recipe:


– One head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about four cups)

– Two tablespoons hemp seed oil

– Salt and pepper to taste


In a food processor fitted with the S blade, process the hemp seeds until they are ground.

Add them to a large bowl along with all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour contents onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees F(200 C).

Stir after ten minutes so that it bakes evenly. Serve hot as is or over cooked brown rice.

Vegan Veggie Burger Recipe:


– Half cup raw walnuts

– Three tablespoons shelled hemp seeds

– Three cloves of garlic

– Two tablespoons olive oil

– One teaspoon salt.


Process walnuts, hemp seeds, and garlic in a food processor fitted with the S blade until it reaches an almost dough-like consistency. Add oil and salt, then process again to incorporate into the mixture.

Remove from a bowl of the processor and use your hands to form burgers—Cook over medium heat for about five minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot as is or atop salad greens.

Vegan Chocolate Fudge Cake:


– Three tablespoons shelled hemp seed

– Half cup coconut sugar

– One can of full-fat coconut milk (or homemade)


Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over low flame for five minutes stir until smooth.

Pour contents into greased dish and bake at 350 degrees F (180 C) for about 30 minutes or until the top is firm to touch. Serve hot as is or with coconut ice cream.
